WATCH: 'Unicorn' cow stuns farmers with third horn

26 April 2016, 16:58

Abuja - Footage has emerged of a mysterious "unicorn" cow - a mutant member of the cattle community with three horns, one of which is growing out the middle of its head.

According to the UK Mirror, the unusual animal was born with two horns but mysteriously developed a third coming out of its forehead.

Caught on camera by locals in the republic of Uzbekistan, the footage features a small group of men tugging at the creature's horns as if to show their authenticity.

The owner of the cow has admitted that he was worried about the animal being accepted in its community but says that the youngster uses his extra horn to bully other cows and stand up for itself.

The strange animal has caused an uproar over the Internet, with many believing that its mutation could have been caused by rising levels of polution around the world.

See the incredible cow below.
