WATCH: Joyrider steals bus, mows down pedestrian

Nairobi - Shocking footage has emerged of a joyrider driving a bus into a pedestrian before crashing into a wall, the UK Mirror reports.

The video, which was retrieved from CCTV cameras, sees the man losing control of the vehicle, hitting a woman in the process before slamming through a wall and into a construction site.

The driver of the bus, who is said to have left the keys in the ignition, stepped out of the vehicle to use the toilet and returned to find the buss gone.

The suspect who stole the bus, identified only as Mr Li, fled the scene shortly after the crash, but was caught due to injuries he sustained during the collision.

The pedestrian is believed to be in a stable condition following her horrific ordeal.
