Man robs Uber driver by threatening to give him HIV

Nairobi - A thief has been arrested over the theft of a wallet and cellphone from an Uber driver who he threatened to infect with HIV.

According to World Wide Weird News, Matthew Francis pulled out a syringe and threatened the driver who then stops and handed over his personal possessions due to fear of being pricked with the infected instrument.

After his arrest, Francis is alleged to have told police that he was high on heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine throughout the day leading up to the incident.
