Four people shot dead at US business

14 June 2013, 08:04

Chicago - Four people (two men and two women) have been killed in a shooting at a business in the midwestern US city of St. Louis on Thursday, police said.

"There are 4 adult victims, 2 male and 2 female, confirmed dead at a scene of a shooting in the 2700 block of Cherokee," city police said on Twitter.

The incident took place inside the Cherokee Place Business Incubator at about 13:40, the St. Louis Post Dispatch reported.

The building was evacuated and police were interviewing witnesses, the newspaper said.

There was no immediate information about a possible motive or whether police had identified or captured the shooter.
