Sydney - Health authorities in Australia are investigating the case of some 160 school principals who came down with suspected food poisoning after a conference, the Courier Mail reported on Tuesday.
Twenty-two of the 164 people who reported symptoms after the two-day meeting of state educators in Queensland late last week had to be treated in hospital.
The newspaper said blood tests suggested salmonella poisoning in one case. More than 1 200 delegates attended the conference.
