Zlatan: There's no free time

10 October 2016, 10:27

Cape Town - Manchester United superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic says there is 'no free time' for a top class athlete, and he will continue to push himself as hard as possible.

The 35-year-old shows few signs of slowing down and has managed six goals in 11 appearances for the Red Devils.

The Swede has retired from international football, but instead of resting while some of his teammates are away on national team duty, the striker has been hard at work.

Sweden's all-time record scorer took to his official Instagram account where he posted a picture of himself wearing an altitude mask while sitting on a treadmill after a workout.

He wrote: "There is no free time, there is hard work and objectives."

Midfielder Ander Herrera had earlier in the week praised the forward for his incredible work ethic.

Herrera said: "He doesn't lose one training session. He trains every day at his best trying to get everyone at their highest level."
