Webo: I am clean

Nairobi - Kenyan national women's team goalkeeper coach Lawrence Webo says he is
guilty of no wrong doing, following an alleged sex scandal.
The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) have told Webo to step down from his position while investigations are underway.
The allegations - which include demands for sex from the technical
bench - came to light after the team for a trip to Spain, where Kenya
will play a series of friendly games, was named.
But Webo insists he is innocent and says he expects to soon be back in his job.
"The allegations levelled against me lack evidence and I am confident
that with an open and fair investigation I will be cleared and I will be
back on the technical bench," he told SuperSport
"I conducted my job above board and the selection of keepers for the
trip to Spain was based on merit. Sometimes we need to look at things
with an open mind. Like I said, I am clean and I will be ready to defend
the selections I made if requested to," he said.
