Stars to depart for Cape Verde on Monday

Nairobi - Harambee Stars travel to Cape Verde for the return leg of their 2018 World Cup qualifier on a chartered plane on Monday.

A communiqué by Football Kenya Federation on Saturday evening stated that the team will fly directly to Praia; 24 hours before their clash against the hosts.

Initially scheduled to depart for cape Verde on Friday night, the players had walked out of camp on Friday evening protesting over unpaid allowances and below standard living conditions in camp.
