Nairobi - Sony Sugar midfielder Frederick Onyango insists that there was no bad blood with Tusker FC after his contract was not extended.
Onyango spent three years with the Brewers before being released by the club in 2015.
Tusker coach Paul Nkata did not include Onyango in his plans and left to join Sony Sugar.
"I also did not expect to leave Tusker because after injury I was
eager to fight for my place back but clearly the management had other
plans," Onyango told Soka.
"It is all normal in football and I hold no grudges. Furthermore, my
contract had elapsed and seemingly they wanted a change and I was part
of the players to leave for that change to come so I took it in well.
"I enjoyed myself at Tusker and even when I was injured, I still felt
valued by the team because they walked the journey with me, they
supported me all the way until I recovered fully. It would have been
different had they abandoned me but they stood with me.
"The coaches, the fans and fellow players were really supportive and
this is priceless to any player so I can't hold anything against
