Oluoch sues Muhoroni Youth

legal action against Premier League club Muhoroni Youth for breach of

a few months after signing for them during the June transfer window.
According to a letter obtained by Soka, reportedly addressed to club
chairman Moses Adagala, Oluoch is demanding his contract be paid out in
full, including damages.
"In a letter dated 7th September, 2015 you unfairly, arbitrarily,
wrongfully and unlawfully terminated our client's employment on false
and unsubstantiated allegations in contravention of Article 13 and 17 of
the FIFA Regulations and Status and Transfer of players and also in
contravention of the Provisions of the Employment Act 2007," read part
of the correspondence to Adagala.
"In the forgoing premises, we have instructions to DEMAND, which we
