Olunga expects CECAFA title defence

Nairobi - Striker Michael Olunga is convinced the Harambee Stars can successfully defend their CECAFA Senior Challenge title.
Olunga has been in hot form for club and country, having scored three
goals for Kenya and 19 for Gor Mahia in the Kenyan Premier League.
The marksman, who gabbed the winner against Cape Verde to snap their
eight match unbeaten record, has backed his team to clinch the 30th
edition of the tournament.
"I don't see anything difficult in retaining the CECAFA Senior
Challenge Cup. We have the depth and talent needed in the team and if
everything is managed properly then we can sure go back home
victorious," Olunga told SuperSport ahead of their opening Group B clash against Uganda on Sunday.
"We have to begin by taking one game at a time as we have equally
tough opponents. I am happy to always represent my country on the
international stage and playing in my first CECAFA Senior Challenge is a
great motivator for me and I will give my best."
