Nyangweso targets cup double

Nairobi - Ulinzi Stars assistant coach Benjamin Nyangweso revealed that the team's
objective is to clinch the league and GOtv Shield cup double this
Nyangweso has been standing in for coach Robert Matano, who has been on sick leave.
Ulinzi are sixth on the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) table have
advanced to the cup quarterfinal where they will face Nzoia United.
Nyangweso told Soka: "We still have every chance of winning the
Kenyan title, so why should we give up, because it is easier to win the
"Let me tell you, the league race is very tight this season, and I
have a feeling that a lot will change in the coming weeks. We are
focusing on all the trophies that we can get our hands on right now, the
league title being the most important of them.
"We have eight more games remaining and the coach (Matano) is getting
better every day. He should be back soon. As long as we don't have any
more injuries, I am sure that we can give the other title contenders a
run for their money."
The Soldiers will next take on Sony Sugar in the league away next Wednesday.
