Leopards snap up quartet

25 January 2016, 13:31

Nairobi - AFC Leopards have strengthened their options in all departments following the signing of no fewer than four experienced players.

As such, the Nairobi giants have reshuffled the pack ahead of the 2016 campaign, and have announced the signing of four key players, namely strikers Jimmy Bageya and Kefa Aswani, midfielder Dennis Nzomo and defender Yusuf Juma.

Speaking after making the signings, head coach Jan Koops told SuperSport: "We have other talented and promising players but I'm satisfied the four experienced players will add more spice, bring more competition and push us somewhere.

"The league is quite competitive. We need experienced players to boost us and fill the positions of those who have left us for greener pasture elsewhere."
