Wanyonyi wants out of Ingwe

Nairobi - Timonah Wanyonyi says he will not be returning to AFC Leopards this season after the club issued him a cheque that bounced.
The former Gor Mahia midfielder has been absent from Ingwe's training
ground and match-day squads for the past two weeks after enduring what
he feels was a premeditated attempt to swindle him out of the monies
owed to him.
And the playmaker says he has absolutely no intention of going back
to the Kenyan Premier League giants, stating he will instead wait for
the next transfer window to open before forcing a move away.
"I was cheated by AFC Leopards’ officials. They gave me a cheque
knowing very well they did not have money in the account," he told Goal.
"It was a well calculated move since they knew I could not do
anything after the window had closed. Now I am telling them that I would
rather stay home than play for them.
"I want out and will wait for the new window to open. They have
spoiled my chances of playing football this season and wish they could
have left me where I was."
Wanyonyi moved to Leopards from Gor Mahia in the June window.
