Nairobi - AFC Leopards striker Allan Wanga will join South African top flight club Bidvest Wits, Leopards have announced.
Wanga has been closely followed by Wits, who will finish third in the South African Premier League and are in the final of the Nedbank Cup for a while now.
According to sources, the two have already agreed on personal terms and will sign off a deal in the coming days.
" The deal is signed and sealed. He will be a Wits player in the coming weeks as he will leave for South Africa after he plays for the Harambee Stars and AFC Leopards, the source said.
Leopards bosses have not hidden the fact that Wanga is in demand and have admitted they are planning for life without him.
" Wanga is free to negotiate and we have given him our blessings to do so and wish him the best, club chair Allan Kasavuli announced.
Wits are based in Johannesburg and have had a stellar season this term, with the Nedbank final still to look forward to.
