Kakamega - Western Stima’s hopes of signing Ugandan international Dan Wagaluka hit the roof after the player declined to put pen to paper instead going back to his native country.
Wagaluka had been touted as the top signing for Stima and several media houses had reported of his signing but the same did not materialise as he is said to have gone back to Uganda and all efforts to reach him by Stima officials have been fruitless.
Stima chairman Laban Jobita confirmed that they had failed to sign the player as his demands exceeded their offer.
