Ulinzi coach to shuffle his squad

23 August 2013, 11:11

Nairobi - Ulinzi Stars coach Salim Ali has revealed that he will make a couple of changes in the squad that beat defending Kenyan Premier League (KPL) Champions Tusker 1-0 for the GOtv Shield Cup match this weekend against Division One League side MOYAS.

With his regular players given a rest after a busy two weeks of congested fixtures, most of the fringe players will have a chance to showcase their talent. According to the former Sofapaka and Mathare United coach, he wants to give each individual an opportunity to prove his worth.

“This team is big and we have 30 players. We need to ensure that we give an equal chance to every player to show his worth,” Ali told the club’s official website.
