Trio return boosts flailing Ulinzi Stars

26 May 2014, 13:47

Nairobi - Ulinzi Stars have been boosted by the return of a key trio of players from injury as they aim to continue their revival in the current season.

The team has been handed a major shot in the arm with three players set to start full training with the rest of the first team when they resume training tomorrow morning.

Midfielder Stephen Ochollah who has been undergoing therapy and gym training will start full training after recovery from a knee injury that has kept him out for the last five weeks.

"I have been working to get my strength back in the gym and I am optimistic that I will train well this week. Looking at the team, I am happy that they have been improving from how we started the season. I am optimistic that I will compliment them though I know it will not be easy getting back my starting place, the skipper told the club's official website.

James Mulinge Ndetto who has been out since the KPL Top 8 game against KCB with an ankle injury is also set to start training with the rest of the squad.

Keeper James Saruni has as well recovered from a wrist injury and will be with the rest of the boys as from tomorrow.
