Thika skipper faults players

22 October 2013, 19:28

Thika - Thika United captain Dennis Odhiambo admits that they have been poor in the KPL and says that the players are the ones to blame for the lull in performances, Supersport.com reports.

The Brookside boys were in the reckoning for the title at the mid-way point of the season, but have dropped alarmingly in what has been a shocking second leg.

Thika have won only twice in 12 games and picked up just one point from their last five matches. The 2-0 loss to the Kakamega Homeboyz on Monday also ensured that they dropped to eighth spot, a season low for them and it could get even worse with Chemelil Sugar with a game in hand.
