Sundowns swoop for Razak

Nairobi - Mamelodi Sundowns have completed the signing of Burundi
striker Fiston Abdul Razak from Kenyan Premier League giants Sofapaka.
Coach Pitso Mosimane and his scouting crew are believed to have been
monitoring the forward over the past few months and have seemingly seen
enough to be convinced, snapping him up on a three-year deal worth a
reported R3 million (KES 23m).
The 23-year-old, not to be mistaken for Ivory Coast international
Abdul Razak, only joined Batoto ba Mungu in 2014, the year they won the
Kenyan President's Cup, having previously come up through the ranks with
local Burundian side LLB Academic FC.
Razak's deal with Sundowns will reportedly also see Sofapaka earn up to 20 percent of any potential future sale of the striker.
