Sserunkuma warms up to Gor

16 December 2013, 14:16

Nairobi - Danny Sserunkuma may as yet stay at Gor Mahia for the coming season but says he is still keen on a move to Europe.

The Uganda Cranes striker has admitted that he is eying a move away from the club in the current transfer window and has already travelled to Albania to try force a move.

That said, he has yet to complete it and played for the club in the loss to Tusker FC in the DSTV Supersport Cup over the weekend.

He now says that he might stay at Gor but is still looking to move if the deal can go through.

" You never know. I might just remain at Gor Mahia. It will  not be a surprise if I stay, he said.

" I am still working on a move and my agents are dealing with it but at the moment I train with Gor and remain committed to the club.

" If it goes through, I will go but if not, I will remain here, he added.

Gor are hoping he stays as he has been their top scorer in the Kenyan Premier League the last two seasons.
