Madrid - World champions Spain will face Equatorial Guinea in a friendly on November 16, the Spanish Football Federation confirmed on Wednesday.
La Roja had already arranged to play South Africa in Johannesburg on November 18 on their return to the country where they won the World Cup for the first time in 2010 and will now face the 2012 African Nations Cup co-hosts for the first time in Malabo 48 hours earlier.
Vicente del Bosque will name his squad for both matches on Thursday with in-form Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa expected to receive his first call-up after declaring his intention to represent Spain rather than Brazil, the country of his birth.
