Sofapaka skipper keeping the faith

18 February 2015, 10:24

Nairobi - Sofapaka skipper Felly Mulumba is still hopeful that the team will advance to the next stage of the Caf Confederations Cup despite losing to FC Platinum in the first leg of their preliminary game on Sunday at Nyayo National Stadium.

Sofapaka went down 1 – 2 and speaking after the match, the skipper noted that the team’s main undoing was poor defending and a blunt forward line but noted that the shortcomings will be addressed ahead of the second leg which comes in a fortnight.

He admits the fact that FC Platinum could muster a win in Kenya means the Kenyan side can as well get a good win in Zimbabwe.
