Nairobi - Rangers skipper and former Kenyan international Julius Owino has resumed training with his team after sustaining an injury in the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) encounter with Muhoroni Youth on August 25.
The former Gor Mahia captain pulled his hamstring in the match which Rangers eventually lost 1-0 at the Nyayo National Stadium, but his coach James Nandwa has confirmed that the experienced player is back on his feet and attended training.
The player, however, is still doing light workouts as his rehabilitation continues and Nandwa admitted his presence in training has had a great impact on the other players, with the expectation of him featuring in the next league game against Thika United.
