Owino pens two year deal with Zesco

Nairobi - Kenyan international David Owino was on Monday unveiled as a Zesco United player after signing a two year deal with the Zambian champions.
Owino, formerly of Kenya champions Gor Mahia passed a routine medical before penning the deal that will earn him US Dollars 20,000 (approximately Kenya Shillings 1.8 million) while his former club with who he had only six months remaining in his contract gets Us Dollars 15,000 (approximately Kenya Shillings 1.4 million).
Thanks to the deal, Owino will become the first ever Kenyan footballer to play in Zambian league.
