Nairobi - Harambee Stars first choice custodian Arnold Origi will not be available for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier preliminary qualifier match against Comoros, Supersport.com reports.
The Norway based goalkeeper was among the foreign-based players expected to link up with 17 local-based players named by coach Adel Amrouche but the Algerian-born tactician has revealed the experienced player has opted out of the squad.
“Origi has for private reasons opted out of the squad and we respect his decision. We have other capable goalkeepers in the squad and I believe whoever will take Origi’s place will do a good job,” Amrouche said.
