Nairobi - Dennis Oliech has been dropped from the Harambee Stars side that travels to the Comoros Wednesday for AFCON 2015 qualifying.
Oliech has been dropped after missing camp for the last eight straight days and causing concern in the national team ranks.
As earlier reported, the Stars head coach Adel Amrouche had not hidden his anger over Oliech's disappearance.

Despite the striker arriving back in camp Monday morning, the coach was forced to drop him for the sake of team unity.
" Oliech will not be travelling to the Comoros, he said.
" The truth is that he is a key player in the side but he has not trained with us and it is not because he was injured or had asked for permission not to be here.
" He has been missing without explanation and I will set a bad example to the rest of the side if he plays. He has apologized but will not travel to Comoros, Amrouche said after Stars training Monday evening.
Amrouche did however say that Oliech will be in the side in future, but only if he behaves.
" He is a big player for us and we have spoken and agreed that in future he will be very much required but only if he follows team rules, he added.
Oliech has made a habit of arriving in camp late in the past as well as absconding training and re-appearing late in the day in the past.
The Stars carry a 1-0 lead to the Comoros who they play Friday and will qualify for the second round of qualifying with a draw.
If they qualify, they will face either Lesotho or Liberia for a place in the final group stage of qualifying for Morocco.
