Nyamweya salutes triumphant Ulinzi

Nairobi - The Football Kenya Federation has saluted Ulinzi Stars for their winning display in the East African military games.

FKF President Sam Nyamweya said they had made the country proud with their performance.

" I have noted with pride the team's sterling performance in the just concluded regional military games held in Zanzibar where they emerged unbeaten.

" It is a proof that the team was well prepared for the assignment and the federation will offer all the necessary support as they prepare for the continental championships, he said in a statement.

In winning the tournament, Ulinzi retained the championships and will now return their focus to the Kenyan Premier League where they take on Gor Mahia in midweek action.
