27 April 2015, 15:07

Nairobi - Champions Gor Mahia returned to winning ways in the Kenyan Premier League (KPL), beating Ushuru FC 2 – 0 on Sunday at Nyayo National Stadium, leaving head coach Frank Nuttall purring.

The win saw K’Ogalo keep their place at the summit of the KPL log and speaking afterwards, he termed it an impressive performance – his best of the season so far and noted that it gives his players great confidence going to the next matches.

“Three points are always welcome and I am grateful that the players did well to get them which gives us an edge, keeping us at the top of the standings. The performance was really great and encouraging and will motivate us going to the next matches.
