Nairobi - AFC Leopards coach James Nandwa is worried by the injury suffered by Allan Wanga who limped out of their Kenya Power Charity Cup match against Mathare United over the weekend.
Nandwa said Wanga who suffered a knock from a tackle was expected to be fit ahead of their Caf Confederations match against Defence of Ethiopia this coming Sunday.
"The injury to Allan Wanga is worrying but I have faith its nothing serious. He got a nock to his knee and he was in pain. He will be going to the hospital on Monday for further tests to determine the extent of the injury. As a coach you want to see all your players fit ahead of a tough continental match like the one we have against Defence of Ethiopia but these things happen in football we just hope to get positive news on injury," Nandwa told supersport.com.
