Nandwa: Harambee Stars will do well

30 May 2014, 12:26

Nairobi - Harambee Stars assistant coach James Nandwa is confident the national team will do well in their assignment in the Comoros.

The Stars take on the Comoros in their second leg, first round AFCON 2015 clash at the Mohammed Mitsamouli Stadium in Moroni.

With a 1-0 lead from the first leg match played two weeks ago, the Stars need just a draw to progress to the second round.

Nandwa believes that his side has more than enough in its armoury to make it to the next round of competition.

" We are in good shape and have trained well since we arrived here so we are looking forward to the match and hope for the best, he told News24 from the Comoros.

" The team is confident in progression and that is the minimum we have to do, he added.

The Stars kick off at 3PM local time.
