Mururi happy with Chemelil display

10 June 2014, 16:20

Nairobi - Chemelil Sugar head coach Mike Mururi has praised his team following their 1-0 win over Bandari FC in a KPL encounter on Monday afternoon.

The victory helped the Millers go within four points of current leaders Gor Mahia, with one game to go before the season reaches the mid-way mark.

Muriri praised his charges for sticking to the plan, as they secured what has turned out to be three vital points on the road.

"The boys have really worked hard and according to our game plan," he told reporters.

"They also gave a positive display according to how we strategised for the match so I am very happy."
