Muhiddin satisfied with progress

Nairobi - Bandari head coach Twahir Muhiddin is happy with the improvement his
squad has been showing in recent weeks, but feels there is more to come.
Muhiddin believes the squad has now gelled but says they have not reached their full potential yet.
"We have gotten the right chemistry and we are now mature," Muhiddin said after losing 1-0 to Muhoroni Youth.
"We should have won the match. We created all the chances and they scored from their one half-chance.
"But I am happy with the progress of this team. Before we faced
Muhoroni we had gone six straight matches without conceding a goal.
"You will notice that over the last six to eight games the team has been the same save for just one or two changes.
"All our season signings have now integrated in the team and settled.
"We have also got all the players now playing at the right position and you can see the results," he added.
"I believe in challenges and the more we play big teams the better we
become. We know other teams have recruited heavily and well and we
expect things to be tough.
"But my players are up to the challenge. It is up to them to work more and believe in themselves. This league is a marathon.
"We are yet to reach our true potential and we can do it and do well
by the end of the season. All the rest we leave to God," he concluded.
