Mieno searches for positives

Nairobi - AFC Leopards midfielder Humphrey Mieno believes Sunday's
draw against Gor Mahia highlighted the fact the side are improving as the
Kenyan Premier League season goes on.
The two Nairobi rivals could not be separated as this
weekend's encounter at the Nyayo National Stadium finished 2-2, although the
point did little to aid Ingwe's stuttering season, with last season's
runners-up still trapped in the bottom-half of the standings.
Mieno, though, preferred to focus on the positives, saying:

during the recent transfer period, but Mieno, who was brought in as the pair
went out, believes there is still more than enough quality in the squad to make
a decent run in the second-half of the season.
He said: "I can't say much about them (Were and Wanga)
because I came here in the mid-season transfer while they left at around the
same period. All I can say is that we have a capable lot of players and we are
getting our groove back and soon we will start doing well."
