Nairobi - Ulinzi Stars head coach Robert Matano says his side's Kenya Premier League title hopes alive following their 2-0 win over Top Fry AllStars.
Evans Amuoka and John Nairuka scored the goals to secure Ulinzi an important victory in the Nakuru derby played at the Afraha Stadium on Sunday.
With a 12-point gap between themselves and leaders Gor Mahia, the Ulinzi mentor has warned his rivals not to discount his side in the title race.
"We are still in title contention as long as we continue winning our matches winning the title is a possibility," Matano said after the match.

"The result was fair, we wanted to win and my boys got the win. We wasted many chances and we are going to rectify that, but I am happy we got the right result," he added.
Ulinzi have six matches left to play in this campaign. Their next match is a catch-up fixture at home against Tusker FC on Thursday.
