Mariga threatens to boycott match

Nairobi - Kenyan International midfielder Macdonald Mariga has threatened to boycott Wednesday’s clash against Togo over accrued travelling dues amounting to Kshs1.5 million.
Mariga who arrived in Nairobi on Sunday evening from his base in Italy did not train with his team mates on Monday evening at the Kasarani stadium but was present when the federation chairman Sam Nyamweya addressed the team.
"Mariga has demanded to be refunded money that he has been using for flight tickets that have totalled KES1.5 million and whenever he calls the current federation he is referred to the past regime and that has frustrated him.”
