Nairobi - Kenyan Premier League [KPL] giants AFC Leopards have shifted their training base from Nairobi City Stadium to Marist International College grounds, Karen, in preparations for the eagerly awaited derby against perennial rivals Gor Mahia – scheduled for Sunday, Supersport.com reports.
Leopards have been training at the busy City Stadium for the past few weeks after coach Luc Eymael termed their previous training ground, Utalii College, unfit for his players.
Confirming the new development, the club’s secretary general Winston Kituyi said they are taking precautionary measures to avoid unnecessary injuries ahead of the big clash.
