Leopards rue missed opportunities, vow tie is not over

Nairobi - AFC Leopards were left to reflect on a number of missed opportunities in their loss to Supersport United over the weekend.
Leopards started well in Pretoria in their CAF Confederations Cup clash and looked dangerous on the break before conceding sloppy goals to lose 2-0.
At the other end, they had chances to score which were not utilized and they were punished by a clinical Supersport side.
Head coach James Nandwa admitted that he was disappointed with the fact that they did not at-least get on the score sheet and defend better but added that he was confident they could pull back the two goal deficit.
" It was disappointing because we did not score and we conceded two soft goals, he said.
" They were not better than we were and that is what has disappointed most for me. I think we should have got a much better result but that is gone.
" Do I think we can overturn this? Yes I do. I think that we are good enough to turn it around, he added.
The two meet again at the Nyayo National Stadium over the weekend with Leopards needing to score thrice to win the match.
