Leopards on the prowl again

17 December 2014, 13:21

Nairobi - Leopards, who finished their previous campaign in sixth position, have already embarked on pre-season preparations ahead of next year.

Leopards are expected to compete in a series of friendly matches during this period, before building on the meaningful momentum which was gathered during the business end of the 2014 season.

At this juncture it would appear that there are just three players missing from proceedings, which is not significant in the context of the pre-season.

"The team resumed training yesterday as we prepare for a number of friendly matches. Only three players were absent from Yesterday's training," read a statement from the club on Tuesday.

"Edwin Wafula has a sick child so we excused him to attend to his child, Austin Ikenna is in Nigeria and we expect him back in early January, Musa Mudde is away in Uganda and he will link up with the squad later," continued the statement.
