Liverpool will win their first Premier League title since 1990 if they win their remaining five matches, including this potential title decider against Manchester City on Sunday. The match comes two days before the anniversary of the Hillborough disaster in which 96 Liverpool fans lost their lives. City have two games in hand over the home team and four points adrift.
Liverpool have the chance to break a record as they aim for their 10th consecutive league win, their last one was a close 2-1 result over West Ham, courtesy of two Steven Gerrard penalties.
