Karuturi, Chemelil share spoils

Nairobi - Bottom placed Kenyan Premier League side Karuturi Sports played to a barren draw against visiting Chemelil Sugar at their Naivasha grounds on Sunday.
The hosts were, however, unlucky in the match – missing several great chances to snatch the points as they appeared more confident from the onset.
John Kiplangat and Ugandan import Zzinda Hussein combined well within the first two minutes to pose the first threat on the Chemelil goal but the latter’s shot went wide. Joseph Kariuki then followed but he also sent his shot wayward with only Chemelil goalkeeper Jirus Adira to beat.
