KCB coach fears relegation

Nairobi - Rishadu Shedu all but conceded relegation from the Kenyan Premier League
was imminent for KCB after yet another season where the club has
struggled to stay afloat.
In over 10 years in the league, KCB have often been considered relegation candidates.
KCB, City Stars and Nakuru All Stars are the main candidates for relegation.
"I fear we may go down. But we should not give up the fight. The next
10 matches will be a matter of life and death," Shedu told SuperSport.
"I cannot blame the players for what is happening, we have a
determined squad, but at times the results have often gone against us.
How we pick up to fight in the next game is what matters.
"Now we are faced with a situation we must get the results. I of
course fear for the worse because we have failed to be consistent, but
we must maintain some hope.
"We can do it. We have do it in the past and we can still shock everyone by surviving this one."
The 14th placed KCB have accumulated just 17 points from 20 games so far this season.
