Harambee Stars to face Iran in friendly

Nairobi - Iran will play soccer friendly with Kenya next month, Tasnim news agency reported on Friday.
President of the Football Kenya Federation Sam Nyamweya also confirmed that they will play Iran in Tehran' s Azadi Stadium on November 14.

"We have received an invitation from Iran Football Federation to play their national team on November 14. This is another opportunity for our technical bench to continue building a formidable outfit for our country," Nyamweya was quoted as saying by Tasnim news agency.
Iran is preparing itself for the 2015 AFC Asian Cup. Carlos Quieroz team has been pitted against the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar and Bahrain in Group C of the tournament.
