Nairobi - Despite heading into the second leg of the second semifinal of the Top 8 tournament trailing Tusker FC by a goal, Gor Mahia is hoping to make the final for a second time in as many years.
Gor fell to a Robert Omunuk goal in the opening leg in which they played as the home side and going into the second leg set for Wednesday at Nyayo National Stadium, the team’s captain Jerim Onyango believes they will turn the tables.
The goalkeeper is likely to be rested in the game and Philip Mapunda picked, and he says the main undoing in their defence of the title that they won last year after beating Ulinzi Stars would be to concede another goal.
