Gor beat KMKM, secure 2nd win in CECAFA championships

Nairobi - Gor Mahia saw off Zanzibar's KMKM 3-1 ti secure their second win in their second match of the Cecafa club championships at the national stadium in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania.

Meddie Kagere got Gor going on 3 minutes but Matteo Simon equalized for the Zanzibaris on 12 minutes after an even opening exchange.

Gor gradually took control of the game and took the lead in the second half through Michael Olunga who scored with a precise header on 69 minutes and then sealed the win after sweeping home from Enioch Agwanda's long throw on 79.

The win was the second for the impressive Gor who beat home side Yanga 2-1 in their opening match of the campaign.
