Gor Mahia switch off Stima

Nairobi - Defending Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia scored two goals in the second half to beat a stubborn Western Stima in an entertaining match played on Sunday at City Stadium.
After a barren first half, K’ogalo came back into the second half a more determined side with Uganda Cranes striker Dan Sserunkuma and Kevin Omondi scoring to hand Stima their second loss of the season.
However, the hosts should blame themselves as they could have won the match by a big margin but their striker’s profligacy in front of goal cost them the maximum points with George ‘Blackberry’ Odhiambo being the major culprit in the first half.
