FKF not giving up ground

Nairobi - The Football Kenya Federation has rejected the ruling by a Kenya High
Court, which lifted the injunction on the Kenya Premier League on Monday
The FKF released a statement on Tuesday, suggesting that it would study the judgment carefully before taking further action.
What is clear at this juncture is that the FKF plans to challenge the
judgment and the KPL, as it feels that it still has a strong case. The
contention appears to be that the ruling made against the body was
merely on a technicality.
"Football Kenya Federation hereby, following the ruling by Lady
Justice Roselyn Aburili, wishes to confirm that we have received the
direction taken by the Court on the matter between FKF and Kenyan
Premier League Limited," read a statement by the FKF on Tuesday.
