Nairobi - Kenya Premier League's Independent Disciplinary and Complaints Committee has ordered Sofapaka to give Eugene Asike his release letter by Friday next week.
“Batoto Ba Mungu” were found guilty of breaching their contract with the defender who had earlier taken his case to the Industrial Court of Kenya but withdrew it to allow for the KPL judicial process.
In its ruling dated February 20th, the committee found the Sofapaka management guilty of withholding Asike’s salary for the months of March, November and December as well as his signing on fee as per their agreement on the contract.
