Amrouche confident in Harambee Stars make-up

22 November 2013, 13:04

Nairobi - Harambee Stars head coach Adel Amrouche is confident he has the right side to win the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup.

The Stars coach has named a side filled with youth for the tourney that will be hosted in the country and will run from November 27.

And with pressure definitely on his players to deliver the title after a long wait, Amrouche knows that he must select a side that is capable of delivering big time.

" I have chosen probably the best side I can at my disposal, he said.

" It has been tough choosing a team because so many players have performed well this season and have deserved to be in the side but we only have space for 20.

" The ones who will do duty are the best we have and I believe that with continued good preparation and belief they will do well for the country, he added.

The Stars are in residential training at the Moi Sports Centre Kasarani.
