Amrouche confident Stars will see off Lesotho

16 July 2014, 10:51

Nairobi - Harambee Stars coach Adel Amrouche is confident the national team will see off Lesotho in AFCON 2015 qualifiers.

The Stars take on their counterparts Sunday in Maseru in the first of a two legged encounter that will see the winner progress to the final round of qualification for Morocco 2015.

The Belgian coach is confident his side will have enough to see them across the line.

" It is a game we have to win. We have to show our quality both at home and away from home, he said.

" We have to play well but we also have the characters to do so in the squad. We are going for the win and I am confident we will do so, he added.

The Stars drew 0-0 with Burundi in a friendly match Tuesday in Nairobi.
